Let meintroduce you to Frank. Now, for most of the last year, Frank's digestive system, it's just not been feeling quite right. He's been having intermittent, although fairly frequent abdominal pain as well as irregular bowel movements. And at times he's not ableto have a bowel movement.

It'sthat when you're buying peanuts, make sure you're buying a certified organic brand. Ideally,a type of a peanut called a Valencia peanut or Jungle peanuts. These peanuts are typicallynot grown in the moisture of the ground. They're typically in bushes off the ground or higherup. That's going to eliminate that issue with the mold. So that's one way you can eat peanuts.So again, my favorite brand is called Jungle

The second thing that can actually make peanutshealthy for you is if you're getting omega3 fats with them and even adding in a littlebit of flaxseed oil or when you're consuming it as well or just doing a little bit of somethinglike a fish oil supplement.
