Hey, it's Leigh Today I'm going to be making a smoothie in a Nutribullet we got a few weeks ago. I love it! It makes the best smoothies. It gets lots of fruit and vegetables in my kids. So, I'm going to start off.this is the one I like to make in the mornings
start off with a handful of spinach. trust me, I don't like spinach and you can't really taste it in here. So add it in, it's good for you. and then I have some raspberries, they're frozen. none of this is really.it's all just how you like it. I don't really have a recipe. with exact measurements. Then I'm going to add some frozen blueberries.
a little bit of frozen pineapple. I just bought a pineapple, cut it up and froze it. the blueberries and raspberries I bought frozen. and then strawberries. I got some really cheap so I just cut them up and froze them. Okay, I'm back. I had to stop and clean up the mess I made with the watermelon that spilled Then I like to add, well actually this is new I've never tried this before
adding a little oatmeal to it. It was a 13 measuring cup but it wasn't full. and then a little bit of watermelon just because it's delicious. and I'm going to add some flax and some chia seeds. the flax is actually ground. get it all down in there. You can see, there is a max line on here that I have really gone over but, if I squished it down I think it would all fit. It's fine.
Now, I'm going to take some coconut water because you have to have a liquid in this. and that is supposed to come up to the max line. If I don't have enough I'll just add no, I don't. I'll just add some water from the I mean some juice from the watermelon. Okay, so now I'm going to screw the top on. make sure you put it on really tight. and then I'm going to
Okay, so I have it on the Nutribullet, on the base. Let's see what happens! blending, I mean extracting lol still going It's hard to get the top off. looks really good smells really good see how that nutribullet does such a good job
